  • Do you offer wedding coordination?
    No, we are luxury event designers, not wedding coordinators. You will need to hire a wedding coordinator separately to manage the event timeline, vendors, and logistics. Our focus is on curating an elegant and visually stunning experience that reflects your unique style.
  • Do you provide catering?
    No, we do not offer catering services. However, we collaborate seamlessly with your chosen caterer to ensure your event has a beautifully designed dining setup.
  • Do you provide event breakdown and cleanup?
    No, we do not handle general event cleanup. However, our team will be present after the event to pick up all rental items from Alluring Bold Events. We recommend arranging a cleanup team or working with your venue for post-event breakdown services.
  • Can I provide specific instructions for every design detail?
    Your input is highly valued and encouraged! We work closely with you to understand your vision and bring it to life. However, we ask that you trust our expertise and allow us the creative freedom to design an event that is uniquely luxurious and beyond your expectations. Our goal is to create a one-of-a-kind experience that surprises and delights you.
  • Can I provide my own decorations or previously purchased items?
    To maintain a cohesive and high-end aesthetic, we do not allow outside decorations or previously purchased items. Our designs are custom-curated using our exclusive luxury inventory to ensure a seamless, elegant look. If you want to incorporate specific items, we recommend renting similar pieces from Alluring Design Store instead of booking a full event design with us.
  • Do you travel for events?
    Yes! We design luxury events in East Texas and beyond. Travel fees may apply for events outside our primary service area.
  • Do you offer pre-set event packages?
    No, we do not offer pre-set packages, as each event is uniquely designed. However, we offer discounts on bundled rentals when multiple services or items are booked together.
  • Can you provide specific rental items I need for my event?
    Yes! If you’re looking for specific décor, furniture, or luxury event pieces, we offer custom rentals and can source specialty items upon request.
  • What is your refund policy for the 360 Photo Booth, Mirror Photo Booth, Dancing on the Clouds, and Cold Sparklers?
    No refunds or adjustments will be made after the service has been rendered unless there is an equipment failure. If you experience any issues with these services, you must notify us during your event for us to consider any refund or discount. No adjustments will be made after the event if no complaints were raised at the time of service.
  • How far in advance should I book my event?
    Weddings can be booked up to one year in advance, with a minimum booking requirement of six months. For other luxury events, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability and customization. Due to high demand, we strongly encourage early booking to secure your preferred event date.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit cards and Zelle for payments. We do not accept cash, checks, or bank transfers.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    All payments and deposits are non-refundable because every event is custom-designed, and materials are secured specifically for your date. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
  • What is your average design fee?
    Design fees are based on the size and complexity of your event. These fees cover the creative design, planning, and coordination of your event. For smaller events (typically 25-30 guests) without significant complexity, design fees start at $1,000. For larger events, design fees will be determined during a consultation, ensuring that we can tailor the design to your specific needs and vision. Please note that design fees are separate from floral design costs and rental items (such as furniture, décor, and lighting). Floral arrangements and rentals are priced separately, depending on the specific items chosen for your event. The design fee includes the overall event design concept, custom décor design and creation, and full event setup and coordination on the day of your event.
  • Do you offer artificial flower rentals for events?
    No, we do not offer pre-made artificial flower rentals for centerpieces or other décor. However, we do have custom artificial floral altar backdrops and flower walls, which are specifically designed for Alluring Bold Events by me. These items are custom-made to match the aesthetics and styles of our company, ensuring they align perfectly with the overall luxury experience we deliver. All other floral arrangements, such as centerpieces and decor, are made from fresh flowers, ensuring a personalized and high-quality design for every event. We understand that artificial flowers may be necessary in certain cases due to allergies or specific event requirements. If artificial flowers are needed, we create custom, high-quality artificial arrangements designed specifically for your event. These are not low-cost, mass-produced items but premium-grade artificial flowers that are crafted to look as realistic and beautiful as possible. Please note that the cost for artificial flowers can sometimes be higher than fresh flowers due to the quality and craftsmanship involved in creating these pieces.
